My name is Kimberly Foster and this is my first year teaching at Saraland Elementary School! I am thrilled to be part of the third grade team, and I cannot wait to see what my first year has in store! 

I moved to the Saraland/ Satsuma area shortly after graduating from Citronelle High School in 2019. I live with my dad, Terry, and I have one brother that works out of state for the US Navy. I love spending time outside, especially if that means being on the water! I also enjoy having coffee with friends, shopping, and going on adventures with my maltipoo, Darla. 

I attended the University of Mobile, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. While at UM, I was fortunate enough to be a part of the work-study program. This allowed me to work in the SES library for three school years. I also completed my student teaching at Saraland Elementary under the guidance of Mrs. Amanda Dunnam in second grade. Following the completion of my student teaching, I served as an interim teacher in second grade for the fourth quarter of the 2023-2024 school year. 

I have always dreamed of being a teacher, and now that that dream has become a reality, I plan to soak up every second that I have with my sweet students! My hope is that my class becomes a family that loves, encourages, and supports one another as we strive to live above the line!
