The 2024-2025 school year will be my 17th year of teaching and my third in the Saraland City School System.  This year, I will serve as the head varsity men's basketball coach as well as teaching Algebra 1 with Probability.  I thoroughly enjoy working at Saraland High School because we offer a wide variety of clubs and organizations for students to get involved with while maintaining an expectation of academic excellence. 

I am married to Jenilee Powell and we have three children (Dane - 8th grade / Parker - 7th grade / Livi Caroline - 1st grade).  We also have a goldendoodle (Piper).
