The genres of Ballet, Modern, and Jazz are taught in dance at Saraland High School.  Each day in dance class students are required to dress out in leggings and a leotard/shirt with proper dance shoes. Students receive credit for dressing out and participating in class daily. Quarter tests include a written terminology test and a movement test. Students each semester will be required to perform in a end of the semester Showcase performance.There is a course fee of $50.
