The State of Alabama provides the Kuder Navigator software as a way to explore future career options. Please take your Career Interest Assessment first. After completing this survey, you will need to take the Skills Assessment. Depending on grade level, you may have a 3rd assessment available. If you do, please take the Workplace Values Assessment last.
After completing your assessments, you can click view your suggested career paths based on the results of your assessments. When you find some that you are interested in, you can click on the career name, and the system will show the schooling requirements, salary, job outlook, and much more.
